Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Time
We ship worldwide from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 7-20 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10-25 business days
- Australia & Rest of World: 15-30 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Returns & Refunds
Our Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your ForgeFit purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support.forgefit@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support.forgefit@gmail.com with photos and we will send you a replacement at no charge.
